A new three year Community Learning and Development (CLD) Plan is required for 2018 – 2021.
Education Services in Local Authorities are required to ensure that they work with partnership to offer Community Learning and Development opportunities in local communities. The plan should be developed with Community Planning Partners e.g. NHS, Police, Forth Valley College, Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise.
It is proposed that the new CLD Plan for the Stirling area will have a key focus on tackling poverty and disadvantage, including reducing inequalities in educational outcomes, and will take its strategic direction from ‘The Stirling Plan’ (Local Outcomes Improvement Plan).
Stirling Council ask you to consider whether the following areas for improvement should be included in the plan. It is important that Stirling’s citizens and communities contribute to setting the priorities for the next three years.
