In his talk Craig will describe the birth and development of the mineral water spa and later hydropathic facilities which appeared on the Airthrey and Westerton estates during the 19th century. He will then explain how this, in turn, created the community of Bridge of Allan which then developed into the town it became in the 20th century.
Followed by our "Pre-Christmas Cheese and Wine" social.
