 avourite with roots in the heart of the Dunblane community is entering a ne
 w chapter. Formerly known as James Speciality Coffee Bar, the much-loved co
 ffee van at Stockbridge Nursery is officially relaunching as&nbsp;<strong>T
 he Tin Can Café</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: left;">The café is
  currently undergoing some TLC and will reopen its doors as The Tin Can Caf
 é this&nbsp;<strong>Saturday, 16<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;of August</strong>.</p><
 p style="text-align: left;">Loyal customers can rest assured: while the nam
 e and setup may be evolving, the heart and soul of the café remain unchange
 d. The revamped Tin Can Cafe will feature the same staff, menu favourites, 
 including scones, filled bagels, homemade soups, and baked tatties, and an 
 expanded space to better serve the growing customer base. New additions and
  quirky surprises are also promised, with details to be revealed after the 
 launch.</p><p style="text-align: left;">Current owners Claire and Fraser, w
 ho took over the café back in May 2023 said,&nbsp;<em>"The decision to rena
 me the café was driven by ongoing customer curiosity and a desire to reflec
 t its quirky, authentic identity. It literally is what it says on the tin. 
 We've grown, but we're still grounded in what made this place special: grea
 t coffee, local produce, homemade bakes, and a lot of community spirit."</e
 m></p><p style="text-align: left;">Over the years, the cafe has evolved int
 o much more than a coffee stop. It's become a meeting point for locals, a d
 estination for tourists, and a favourite for dog walkers, complete with a d
 edicated dog menu.</p><p style="text-align: left;"><em>"We're incredibly gr
 ateful for the support our customers have shown us,"</em>&nbsp;says Claire.
