Taught by experienced and trained tutors from All or Nothing Aerial Dance Theatre. Climb, swing, hang and learn on trapeze, hoop and aerial silks.
Suitable for beginner aerialists, who've never left the floor before. A great way to improve your fitness, confidence and have fun! An introduction to aerial arts where basic moves, climbs and wraps are taught leading into creating sequences in the air. No experience necessary – just be up for getting upside down and giving it a go!
