The River Allan offers the best small river fishing in Central Scotland which in some years can out-perform some of its northern counterparts. Whether you live nearby or are a visiting angler why not escape for a while and spend an hour or two fishing on one of the most attractive fisheries in the country. Approximately 15 miles of excellent fishing for brown trout, sea trout, and salmon, mostly double bank fishing, is managed by the Allan Water Angling Improvement Association.
